Refund policy

All sales are final. 


In the event of a damaged order, you can always contact us for any refund/order replacement questions at sup@buckets.studio.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
In the case of a damaged order, we will refund your order or resend your order (if inventory levels allow). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Undeliverable packages
Additional shipping fees (to re-ship) may be required if a package is unable to reach its final destination and is returned back to us. This may be caused by:

  • Incorrect/insufficient address inputted when ordering.
  • Item exceeded the number of delivery attempts by delivery courier.
